Payment will be taken at the time of the reservation. We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, debit cards and all major credit cards. Debit and credit cards will incur a 3% fee. If you intend to pay in cash on the day of the reservation, a credit card will be needed to hold the reservation. The credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no show (see cancellation information below).

  • If you intend to pay with Venmo or Apple Pay, we will text you the link for payment to secure the reservation.

  • Any gratuity is appreciated, but not necessary, and goes directly to the staff.

  • In the event that you need to cancel a reservation, please do so BY SENDING A TEXT to (262) 343-2275 at least 24 HOURS prior to your reservation.

    • Please ensure you keep the cancellation confirmation and a credit in the form of a gift certificate, for the cost for reservation (less any debit or credit card fees), will be issued toward a future trip.

    • NO CALL / NO SHOWS will forfeit the total cost of the reservation.
