Payment will be taken at the time of the reservation. We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, debit cards and all major credit cards. Debit and credit cards will incur a 3% fee. If you intend to pay in cash on the day of the reservation, a credit card will be needed to hold the reservation. The credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no show (see cancellation information below).
If you intend to pay with Venmo or Apple Pay, we will text you the link for payment to secure the reservation.
Any gratuity is appreciated, but not necessary, and goes directly to the staff.
In the event that you need to cancel a reservation, please do so BY SENDING A TEXT to (262) 343-2275 at least 24 HOURS prior to your reservation.
Please ensure you keep the cancellation confirmation and a credit in the form of a gift certificate, for the cost for reservation (less any debit or credit card fees), will be issued toward a future trip.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS will forfeit the total cost of the reservation.
